Manage Tournaments The Tournament information area is where you setup - add - edit - delete information for your event. You will be able to set costs, dates, capacity, and select location, set your title sponsors, enter event description, create sponsor introduction message and create sponsor thank you message. Manage Profile Create the tournaments profile with detailed Contact information for the tournament organizer. Manage Locations Locations are used to provide the user with Course information, as well a directions and other information about where a tournament is being played. Graphics can be provided to show a general course picture, as well as a detailed course map (optional). Manage News The News/Information section is your area to post information about the tournament, company info, title sponsor info, upcoming events, accommodations, etc. You can upload photos/logos and add hyperlinks to other Web pages. You have control over font type, size, color, and can even add bullets. Manage Sponsor Packages Sponsor packages are used to provide information to potential sponsors. It will display information about each sponsor opportunity and will allow the sponsor to register for the package online. A thank you email/invoice is sent to the sponsor once registered and the Tournament Administrator is sent a notice of registration. Manage Sponsors The Sponsors area is used to list all sponsors with logos. The sponsors are tied to the sponsor packages and can be sorted in any order. The logos are hyperlinks going back to the clients Website. Manage Promotions This area is for generating Promotion codes., located at the bottom of the Registration page. These codes can be created and issued by the Tournament Administrator. These codes can be used for a variety of things, such as a sponsor who receives a foursome with their sponsorship. The registrant would use a promotion code at the time of registration. The Tournament Administrator can set the price at whatever level they want. Manage Products The Products area, located under "Select Event Optional Fees" is where you setup your products, other than registration. This will be displayed on the registration page. You can include items such as, dinners, mulligan packages, auction items, etc. Manage Pages The Pages area is where you can add additional Web pages and branded navigation buttons. For example, if you wanted a page called Auction Items, Raffle Items, Mulligan Packages, etc. Manage Players This Players area (for tournament administrators only) allows you to review player details, and add players to the tournament that did not register online. Manage Teams This area is for Team management (for tournament administrators only). You can to add - edit - delete individual players to teams, and assign teams to starting holes. - Total - Total players on the team
- Confirmed - Number of players that have confirmed and are properly registered
- Invited - Number of players invited, but that have not confirmed
Report Management System The Report Management System (for tournament administrators only) is where you can view, print and download reports. Items include registrant, team and orders (products). Email Management Use the Email Management area (for tournament administrators only) to send email to prospects or registered players. For prospects, you will need to upload a prospect list before email can be sent. - Email Players
